Yes. All payments are encrypted and securely processed through PhonePe. The marketplace does not store your card or banking details.
Yes. You may cancel at any time. However, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the project status and the marketplace’s cancellation policy.
Refunds are applicable only if work has not started or if the order qualifies under the marketplace refund policy. Once a project is in progress or completed, payments are non-refundable.
