General questions about platforms

We use the PhonePe Payment Gateway to ensure secure and seamless transactions. You can pay using:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay, and Diners Club.

  • Net Banking: Supporting over 50+ major banks in India.

  • PhonePe Wallet: Use your existing PhonePe balance for one-click payments

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through PhonePe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card details are encrypted, and we never store your sensitive financial information on our servers.

If money is deducted but the order isn’t confirmed:

  • Don’t worry: PhonePe usually initiates an automatic refund within 24–48 hours.

  • Check Status: Wait for 5–10 minutes as sometimes the gateway takes time to update the status.

  • Support: If the issue persists after 24 hours, contact our support team with your transaction ID.

If you decide to cancel after the freelancer has accepted the job but before significant progress is made, a 10% Cancellation Fee will be deducted. This fee covers the administrative costs and compensates the freelancer for the time they blocked off in their schedule for your project.

A service becomes Non-Refundable once the freelancer has started working on your project. Because our freelancers dedicate specific time and effort to your custom requirements, we cannot offer refunds for work that is already in progress.
